A love story which opened my eyes to how the Jews in Canada were perceived as Hitler's Nazi's eliminated them in the European death camps. I love how this complex topic of Canada's acceptance and tolerance of immigrants (Jews especially) was told through a romance because not only did that make you as a reader want the couple to succeed.
